Here's something that I made up this lunchtime, and it tasted good so I thought I'd share it.
Ingredients
- Bread
- Tin of Sardines
- Sun-dried Tomatoes (paste)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Basil
What to do
- Lightly toast the bread under a grill for just over a minute on each side
- Remove the bread and spread a thin layer of sun-dried tomatoes on each slice
- Return to the grill for a minute
- Meanwhile, remove the bones from the sardines and break them up gently with a fork (keep as much of the sauce as possible
- Sprinkle some chopped up basil onto the bread and then add the sardines
- Sprinkle some more basil on top and return to the grill for another minute
- Add Worcestershire sauce to taste, eat immediately

So you're doing cookery lessons now too then :p I thought you were writing a satirical article about Fish On Toast, the Entrepreneurial Society...
...or M&S adverts.
Looks awesome though - very colourful. Looks a bit like the pilchards in tomato sauce I sometimes have on toast. I'll have to get some Worcestershire sauce to try out with it though!
This is what happens when I have too much time on my hands :-p
